Catherine is a curious and fun 6-year-old girl who, after school, plays at being a witch who lives fun adventures with her cat Pau. She has short wavy brown hair, her eyes are big and bright with aquamarine pupils. She likes to wear a dress and a pointed black hat with cat ears. With the broom she pretended that she could fly all over the house.
Unlike other children, she has a clear concept that witches are elegant, cheerful and kind beings who grant wishes to children who are alone and have fun adventures.
Catherine: I'm a witch! Pau, we are going to turn the goblins into stone with my magic.
Her favorite game is playing with the ceramic figurines with her cat Pau, pretending that they are elves. Making noise with his feet when flying and screaming at the figures, moving his fingers above the figures. Her mother appeared in the livingroom and said to her daughter with an annoyed face:
Sara: Catherine, Could you keep your voice down?. Mom is focused on her work.
Catherine: I'm sorry mom. I will stop playing.
Sara: No, just keep your voice down a bit. I haven't told you not to play.
Catherine: Mom, would you play with me?
Sara: Not now, I'm busy.
With those sharp words, Sara left, leaving the girl sad.
It was like that every day, her mom was too busy to play with her for a moment and she didn't have any friends. Nor could he go out to the park to play without the supervision of an adult. So angry, she threw her hat on the floor and exclaimed:
Catherine: I wish I didn't feel so alone! I wish I had someone to play with every day.
Through the sparkles, a witch with long dark hair, with a happy and smiling face, a long and pompous gray dress, a pointed black cap and an emerald green brooch in the middle of her chest appears in front of her. Despite the appearance of the mysterious woman, Catherine was not frightened, on the contrary, she was very happy to the point of screaming.
Catherine: Are you a real witch!?
Marianne: Hehe, my name is Marianne. I heard you wanted someone to play with, Catherine.
Catherine: You even know my name. Yes, I feel very alone. I don't have any friends and my mom barely pays attention to me, even though she's at home and she just asks me to keep my voice down.
Catherine responds still upset and embarrassed. At school, she is a fun and outgoing girl, but Catherine has no friends. The other children say that she is strange for believing in witches. Having her parents away all day for work, she has to play with her cat Pau and use her imagination.
Listening to the girl, the witch picks up the hat from the ground, bends down to her height and with a sweet smile, places the hat on her head and says:
Marianne: Catherine, I will grant your wish to keep you company. In return, I want you to make me a promise. From witch to witch.
Catherine: Yes, what do you want?
Marianne: Don't stop dreaming and believing in witches. But don't let that stop you from not having friends.
Catherine: How can I have friends if everyone thinks I'm weird for believing in witches?
Marianne: Find friends who share your same interest. You need to trust yourself more.
Catherine: Should I trust myself more? It is understood. I promise you, Marianne.
From that moment on, the two became good friends. Every afternoon they played as witches where they had many fun adventures. With the promise to Marianne, Catherine made friends and never felt alone again.
